When a contact channel is available, the maintainer will record the issue privately, check the original source, document the decision, and publish any accepted substantive correction in a new edition.
A correction to a published record must update every affected view. Significant factual revisions retain an explanation and date. Feedback contact details are not added to a mailing list.
